GVPR (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.gvpr.co.in website (the “Service”).

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Note: Only the employees of GVPR will use the GVPRERP Mobile app. There is no Sinup option in the mobile app hence we dont collect any email details.

Collection of Data

We may track the following data from our employees when they use our services:

• Your IP address.
• Your Location and Date & Time when you access our applcation.
• Your Face Data. We may collect face data for Selfie Attendance. Please note, you won’t be able to share face data unless you explicitly give us permission to access your device’s camera. Furthermore, you will be clearly shown what face data is being shared with us and you can control whether or not you want to share this data.

GVPR does not use your face data or photos for any reason other than to record your attendance. Your face data is not shared with any third party. Uploaded content is stored in online secured data storage and displayed only to the GVPR organization exclusively during your use of the services.

Live Track Terms of Use

The Live Track Service enables the owner of a device with GVPR App installed on it (the “Device”) to track the live location of am employees who work at site location for tracking the attendance.

GVPR collects location data to enable live tracking even when the app is running in background or not in use. Permission for tracking live location can to be taken by the administrator of the account from the employee via the app. Only post approval by the employee, the location will be tracked for a maximum of 3 hours, post the marking of attendance of the employee. The employee reserves the right to turn off the sharing of their location at any time using the application.

Notice of Disclosure

GVPR will not sell, lease, rent or trade your personal information to any outside parties for the purpose of marketing, promotions or financial gain without your prior consent.

Data Storage and Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
